What you will do
- Present, promote, and sell our services
- Build relationships with customers
- Explain how customers can use our services and what they get from them
- Work with the team to resolve customer complaints and find solutions
- Negotiate prices, terms, and contracts
- Maintain contact lists and follow up with customers to keep relationships going
- Coordinate with other departments, including marketing
